Konferansta sunulmak üzere Değerlendirme Komitesi üyeleri tarafından değerlendirilmesi sonrası seçilecek olan bildiriler, BAŞARIM 2024 Konferans Bildirileri Kitabında yalnızca elektronik olarak yayınlanacaktır. Bildirilerin en fazla 8 sayfa (tabloar, şekiller, referanslar dahil olmak üzere) ve iki sütunlu IEEE formatında olması beklenmektedir. Bildiriler için önerilen ana dil Türkçe olmakla birlikte; İngilizce bildiriler de kabul edilecektir.
Konferansta sunulanlar arasından seçilecek en iyi bildirilerin güncellenmiş ve genişletilmiş sürümleri SCI indeksinde yer alan Wiley Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience dergisi (etki faktörü: 2.0) BAŞARIM 2024 özel sayısına davet edilecektir. BAŞARIM 2024 özel sayısına yayın gönderebilmek için bildiriyi konferansta sunmuş olma şartı aranacaktır.
Ülkemizde doktora ve yüksek lisans yapan yabancı birçok öğrencinin de konferansa katılımını sağlamak için Türkçe yanında İngilizce bildiri ve sunumlar da kabul edilecektir. BAŞARIM 2024 özel sayısı İngilizce yayınlanacak olup, BAŞARIM 2024'e Türkçe bildiri, dergi için de İngilizce makale gönderilebilecektir.

The proceedings that will be selected after evaluation by the members of the Program Committee to be presented at the conference will be published only electronically in the BAŞARIM 2024 Conference Proceedings Book. Papers are expected to be a maximum of 8 pages (including tables, figures, references) and in two-column IEEE format. Although the primary language recommended for the papers is Turkish, papers in English will also be accepted.
The updated and expanded versions of the best papers to be selected among those presented at the conference will be invited to be published in BAŞARIM 2024 Special Issue of the Wiley Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience journal (impact factor: 2.0), which is included in the SCI index. In order to submit a publication to the BAŞARIM 2024 Special Issue, it will be required to have presented the paper at the conference.
To ensure the participation of many international students doing doctoral and master's degrees in our country, papers and presentations in English as well as Turkish will be accepted. BAŞARIM 2024 special issue will be published in English, and it will be possible to send a paper in Turkish to BAŞARIM 2024 and an article in English for the journal.
