Kayıt İşlemleri Hakkında Bilmeniz Gerekenler

Konferansa katılacak bütün araştırmacıların konferans kaydı yaptırması gereklidir.

Her bildiri için en az bir tam katılım kaydı gereklidir.

Kayıt ücretine tüm oturumlara erişim, bildiri özetleri ve metin yayınlarının konferansımızla iş birliği yapan dergilerde makale formatında yayınlanması dahildir.

Konferans sırasında nakit ücret ödemesi alınmayacaktır.

Kayıt ücretleri iade edilmeyecektir.

Ulaşım ve konaklama bedelleri kayıt ücretine dahil değildir.

Kayıt işlemleri çevrim içi yapılacaktır.
BAŞARIM 2024 konferası kayıtları Indico uygulaması üzerinden gerçekleşmektedir. İlk olarak aşağıdaki bağlantıdan Indico kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmanız gerekmektedir.

BAŞARIM 2024 konferansı (bildirili/bildirisiz) tüm katılımcılar için ücretli olup, kayıt ücretleri aşağıdaki tabloda belirtilmiştir:

NOT: Üniversitesi dışında bir kuruluş adına katılanlar için öğrenci kaydı indirimi geçerli değildir.
Konferans kayıt ücreti web sayfası üzerinden sadece kredi kartı aracılığı ile ödenebilir. Ödeme ilgili detaylar aşağıda belirtilmiştir.
- Kredi kartı ile ödeme sayfası Sabancı Üniversitesi'ne ait web sayfası üzerinden gerçekleştirilecektir:
- İlgili kredi kartı ödeme sayfasına kayıt formunun bulunduğu sayfadan yönlendirme yapılacaktır.
- Ödemenizi gerçekleştirdikten sonra size verilen referans numarasını kayıt formunda yer alan "Ödeme Referans Numarası" alanına girmeniz beklenmektedir.
- Öğrenciler için "Öğrenci Belgesi" alanına e-Devlet'ten alınan öğrenci belgesinin yüklenmesi gerekmektedir.

Registration Policy and Payment Information

All researchers attending the conference must register for the conference.

Even if the author is a student, at least one author of the accepted paper must register as full participation.

The registration fee covers access to all sessions, online abstract book, and publications of proceedings in the special issue of the journal.

Payment in cash will not be allowed during the conference.

Registration fees are non-refundable.

The registration fee does not cover transportation and accommodation expenses.

Participants must complete the registration process entirely online.
The Indico application is used to register for the BAŞARIM 2024 conference. To begin, go to the URL below and create an Indico user account.

NOTE: The student registration discount is not valid for those joining on behalf of an organization other than the University.
Conference registration fees can only be paid through a credit card on the website. Payment details are given below.
- Payments will be transferred through an account defined by Sabancı University.
- You will be directed to the credit card payment page through the registration form.
- After transferring your conference fee, you will be given a "Reference Number". You are expected to enter this number in the "Payment Reference Number" field on the registration form.
- The students must upload the Student Certificates taken from the e-government system to the student certificate field.
