Feedback Survey on the Services Provided

This survey has been designed to evaluate the impact of the consultancy and guidance services provided by NCC Türkiye, determine how well they meet users' needs, and measure overall satisfaction levels.

Through this survey, we aim to gather feedback on participants’ experiences with the support services they have received, the usefulness of the guidance provided, and their future needs. The feedback collected will be used to improve the services offered by NCC Türkiye, better understand user requirements, and enhance future support mechanisms.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback will be reviewed exclusively by the NCC Türkiye team and will not be shared with any third parties. The information collected will be used solely within the scope of the EuroCC project and complementary CASTIEL project for service improvement, training planning, and needs assessment purposes.
