Instructor name(s): Dr. Osman Gazi Güçlütürk

Dr. Osman Gazi Güçlütürk is AI Ethics & Trustworthy AI Lead at TUBITAK AI Institute and an Assistant Professor of IT Law at Galatasaray University Faculty of Law. He is also Affiliated Fellow at Yale Law School’s Information Society Project. He obtained his LLB, LLM, and MJur from Galatasaray University, the London School of Economics, and the University of Oxford. Dr. Güçlütürk holds a PhD from Galatasaray University on the lawful use of data in AI. Previously having worked as an Assistant Professor of IT Law at Boğaziçi University and as the Legal and Regulatory Lead at Holistic AI, a London-based AI audit firm, Dr. Güçlütürk focuses on technology law and policy and, in addition to his academic studies, actively contributes to global AI governance under organisations such as OECD and CAI.
