 nsultancy and guidance services provided by NCC Türkiye\, determine how w
 ell they meet users' needs\, and measure overall satisfaction levels.\nThr
 ough this survey\, we aim to gather feedback on participants’ experience
 s with the support services they have received\, the usefulness of the gui
 dance provided\, and their future needs. The feedback collected will be us
 ed to improve the services offered by NCC Türkiye\, better understand use
 r requirements\, and enhance future support mechanisms.\nThe survey takes 
 approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback will be reviewed exclu
 sively by the NCC Türkiye team and will not be shared with any third part
 ies. The information collected will be used solely within the scope of the
  EuroCC project and complementary CASTIEL project for service improvement\
