MareNostrum 5 konsorsiyumu\; İspanya\, Portekiz ve Türkiye olmak ü zere üç ülkeden oluşmaktadır. MareNostrum 5\,  EuroHPC Ortak Girişi mi ve konsorsiyumda yer alan katılımcı ülkeler tarafından ortaklaşa finanse edilmektedir.\n\nMareNostrum 5 süper bilgisayarı\, öncelikli ol arak ulusal (İTÜ UHeM ve/veya TRUBA) ve/veya uluslararası hesaplama me rkezlerinin kullanımına hâkim\, Ar-Ge faaliyetleri yürüten üniversit eler\, kamu kurumları ve sanayi kuruluşlarına bağlı araştırma grupl arının erişimine açılmaktadır.\n\nBu kapsamda\, araştırma gruplar ının sistemi tanıması ve yetkinlik kazanması amacıyla “Pilot Eriş im Başvuru” mekanizması oluşturulmuştur. Gelen talepler doğrultusun da Pilot Erişim başvuruları 20 Ocak 2026 tarihine kadar alınmıştır. \n\n9 Şubat 2026 tarihi itibarıyla ise güncellenmiş başvuru formları aracılığıyla “Ulusal Erişim Başvurusu” kapsamında\, en fazla 1 2 aya kadar hesaplama kaynağı talebinde bulunulabilmektedir. "Başvuru Hakkında Genel Bilgiler" dokumanında belirtildiği gibi başvuru formund a istenilen bilgiler doğrultusunda idari ve teknik kapsamda değerlendirm eler yapılacaktır. Başvuruların düzenli olarak değerlendirilebilmes i için her ayın 6'sı ve 20'si olmak üzere iki kesim tarihi (başvuru s on tarihi) belirlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda ilgili başvuru sahiplerinin yeni bir form doldurması ta lep edilebilecektir.\n\nProje değerlendirilmesinde dikkate alınacak "bil imsel değerlendirme kriterleri"\, puanlaması ve ağırlıklandırması T ÜBİTAK bünyesinde yer alan ARDEB ve TEYDEB’in proje değerlendirilmel erinde göz önünde bulundurulan kriterler yanında EuroHPC JU tarafında n uygulanmakta olan erişim başvurusu prensipleri doğrultusunda belirle nmiştir. İdari ve teknik değerlendirmesinde başarılı olan projeler d aha sonrasında bilimsel değerlendirme için hakemlere iletilerek aşağ ıdaki kriterler doğrultusunda puanlanacaktır.\n\n1.    Mükemmeliyet \n2.    İnovasyon ve Etki\n3.    Uygulamanın Kalitesi ve Verimlili ği\n\nDeğerledirme kriterleri ile ilgili ayrıntılı bilgilere aşağı daki dokumanlar arasından erişim sağlayabilirsiniz (BilimselDegerlendir me_Kilavuzu.pdf).\n\n \n\n\n \n\nMareNostrum 5 (MN5)\, one of the EuroHP C Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU) supercomputing systems at the pre-exascal e\, is located within the Barcelona Supercomputing Centre-Centro Nacional de Supercomputación (BSC-CNS)\, the national supercomputing centre in Spa in. The MN5 consortium comprises three countries: Spain\, Portugal\, and T urkey. MareNostrum 5 is co-funded by the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking and the participating countries in the consortium (EuroHPC JU funded 50% of the c osts\, and the MN5 consortium funded the remaining 50%).\n\nAccess to the MareNostrum 5 supercomputer is primarily available to research groups from universities\, public institutions\, and industry that are actively engag ed in R&D activities and have prior experience in using national (ITU UHeM and/or TRUBA)  and/or international computing centers.\n\nWithin this fr amework\, a “Pilot Access Application” mechanism was established to en able research groups to gain initial experience with the system. In line w ith the received requests\, Pilot Access applications were accepted until 20 January 2026.\n\nAs of 9 February 2026\, updated application forms have been introduced under the “National Access Application” scheme\, thro ugh which computing resource requests can be submitted for a duration of u p to 12 months.\n\nAdministrative and technical evaluations will be conduc ted based on the information provided in the form\, as outlined in the "Ge neral Information About Application" document. To ensure regular assessmen t\, two cut-off dates have been established for submissions each month: th e 6th and 20th. In such cases\, applicants may be requir ed to complete a new form.\n\nThe scientific evaluation criteria\, scoring \, and weighting for project assessments are established based on TÜBİTA K's ARDEB and TEYDEB project evaluation standards\, as well as the long-st anding access application principles used by EuroHPC JU.
