Personal Data Protection
In accordance with the KVKK (The Personal Data Protection Law; Number 6698), your personal data that you have provided through the event registration forms will be used in the EuroCC project in which TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM is the coordinator and the complementary project CASTIEL’s activities and reporting purposes. The personal data you have provided is stored between 01.01.2023 and 31.12.2025 to be used for the purposes of the project. The data is permanently deleted 6 months after the project is officially closed. In the relevant event registration forms, I was informed that the event I attended was recorded, and my camera and microphone should be turned off during the event. The event I register as a participant is recorded for use in project activities, excluding the discussion and question/answer parts. Event recordings should not contain the personal information of the participants. Correspondingly, I expressly consent to my personal data (name, institution (type; e.g. university/company/research facility), country, and contact email address) to be processed by the organiser and the EuroCC/CASTIEL project for the purpose of my event participation and the institution type and country to be retained for reporting purposes (project reports, deliverables of the EuroCC and CASTIEL EU projects).
